A Domino QQ round proceeds as follows: the dealer distributes tiles to all players; players view their tiles privately; betting begins with the player to the dealer's left (or per house rules); each player decides to bet, raise, call, or fold in turn; after all betting rounds, remaining players reveal their hands; the dealer ranks hands and distributes winnings.
